KADDUM Industries is a women-led Indigenous civil construction company delivering high-performance infrastructure across the Northern Territory. Established in 2017, we operate throughout Jabiru, Darwin, Kakadu, Arnhem Land, Katherine, and remote regional communities—bringing cultural leadership, technical excellence, and a results-driven mindset that sets a new benchmark for civil delivery in the NT.

At the heart of KADDUM is Director Melissa Pettersson, a proud Indigenous Territorian with more than 22 years of experience across mining, civil works, and on-Country operations. Melissa’s deep cultural connection to the NT, combined with her leadership in responsible land management and community-focused project delivery, shapes KADDUM’s identity: respectful, accountable, and committed to strengthening local capability everywhere we work.

Standing beside her is Director Clinton Rasmussen—one of the Northern Territory’s most formidable civil project leaders. With extensive experience in civil project management, drafting and design, contract administration, and remote-area delivery, Clinton is known for practical, solutions-driven leadership that keeps projects moving and outcomes sharp.
