Melissa grew up at Spring Peak Outstation in a remote community where there were very limited services, living in traditional ways and growing up around Bininj people. From a young age, she learned the importance of family, culture, resilience, and a deep connection to Country. That upbringing continues to shape her leadership today, grounding KADDUM’s work in community values, cultural understanding, and a strong commitment to creating lasting opportunities for local people.

Drafting
Drafting is the professional process of creating precise technical drawings and blueprints that visually communicate how to build, manufacture, or assemble physical structures, products, or mechanical parts.
Demolition
Demolition is the calculated, systematic dismantling or destruction of a structure. It ranges from carefully taking apart buildings to safely clear space for new construction, to using controlled explosives for rapid leveling.

We provide mining maitenance, improvement and creation to support mining functionality including civil works, tailing, extraction, pipping etc.
